We recommend booking NEAT at least 6-12 months in advance, especially for larger events or during peak seasons. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.

Once we finalize the details of your event and service package, we will send you a contract for review and a deposit invoice to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due before your event.

Currently, we primarily serve southeastern Wisconsin, but we’re happy to discuss options for events outside our usual service area. Additional travel fees may apply.
